MaxMotion Motor Wawrranty

MEP will repair or replace a MaxMotion AC motor for defects in workmanship or material, which can occur under proper and normal use during the period of 30 months from date of installation, or 36 months from date of delivery, which ever comes first. Claims for repairs under this warranty must be made either to MEP or to the nearest authorized service centre. No other party can provide services under the terms of this warranty, unless given prior consent by MEP. When transportation charges occur, charges from the nearest authorized repair shop or from an MEP warehouse will be paid by MEP only for the return of the repaired or replacement motor. MEP assumes no responsibility for any consequential damages and costs arising from the operating failure of a MaxMotion motor, nor for its improper storage or handling by the customer prior to the installation of the motor.
